Our aim is to provide future generations with a healthy and fulfilling environment. In northern Mauritius, our 350 hectares are being developed through two flagship territories: Endemika and Les Palétuviers. We welcome partners to join us in co-developing these lands.
Les Palétuviers
The 94-hectare Les Palétuviers Estate includes 70 hectares available for development partnerships. Our vision is to develop the estate around its natural heart – The Park – creating a unique and balanced living environment with charm in the north of Mauritius. Featuring a barachois, a 1990s endemic forest, and a beach club by the Anse La Raie lagoon, the development of Les Palétuviers Estate is crafting a distinctive lifestyle in the Grand Baie region, with future hotel residences, apartments, office spaces, and amenities planned.
Endemika
Endemika, set within century-old trees and gardens, is home to a nursery, commercial spaces, offices, and an open-air restaurant. A refreshing oasis situated just minutes away from Grand Baie.
